Shipping & Delivery

All orders will be processed within 10 working days subject to product availability. In the event that stock is unavailable we will contact you to inform you of the likely delay, to arrange an alternative suitable product, or to refund your purchase. Shipping is via Royal Mail. Orders are only shipped during weekdays and within the hours of 10am to 4pm, excluding bank holidays. Purchases made from the website are shipped from an alternative location to the Sandy Park shop. As such if you wish to collect an item in person please contact us on 01392 890872 before starting your journey to avoid disappointment.

Shipping rates are as follows:

Under £10 = £3.95 ( royal mail). Over £10 but under £50 = £5.50( royal mail). Over £50 = £8.50 ( couriered & tracked). Europe = £13.50. Worldwide =  £21.00 (please see International Orders below before making a purchase).

Privacy & Security

Credit card details are not handled directly by Exeter Rugby Club and as such information is not recorded. Private address information is used purely to ship orders and will be stored for a nominal time according to UK data regulations. 

Returns & Replacements

You may return any item within 10 days in its original condition for a full refund of the price you paid for the item. Return shipping costs are at your expense. Please contact us on 01392 890872 for information regarding faulty goods and to obtain a returns number.
