TEAM AND CLUB ADMINISTRATOR

Hours                  37.5 per week, additional hours on home matches but time taken as lieu

Leave                  20 days annual leave plus bank holidays

As Team and Club Administrator you will play an integral part in ensuring that all administrative processes and procedures are undertaken to enable the Team and Club to function effectively and efficiently.

You will be responsible for all pre match administrative preparation, Player Registration including visa requirements, corporate Match Day bookings, day to day running of Club Office and any other administration duties.

The ideal candidate will need to have experience of working in an administrative role, with the ability to use Microsoft Office applications including Word, Outlook and Excel. Communicates clearly – verbally and in writing. Is committed to meeting tight deadlines and takes personal accountability for their work. Develops effective working relationships and networks with a proficient approach to all tasks undertaken. Aids a sense of team spirit by encouraging co-operation and open communication. Adapts style to manage different individuals and situations.

MATCH-DAY WAITING STAFF REQUIRED

CASUAL CHEFS AND KITCHEN HELPERS REQUIRED

Casual chefs and kitchen helpers required to work on match days.

The successful applicant will be required to work on busy match days helping out with food service in the corporate hospitality suites and/ or food service in our hot food outlets. Experience of working in a busy kitchen environment essential.
